The busier people get, the more purposeful they are in every aspect of their life. I used to be fine calling my web host and working with whoever answered the call for tech support. Not anymore. After dealing with two inexperienced techies, one after another, and having 6,000+ spam messages show up in my email as a result, I learned my lesson. The last time I called for support, I zipped through two support people before I settled on person #3. By being ruthlessly clear and specific about finding the person with exactly the experience to handle the problem I had, I got not only the right answer to that problem but a solution to two other issues that I had come to believe were unfixable.
I invite you to become ruthlessly specific about getting your needs met. And don’t be surprised if the unfixable gets fixed.
