ADHD Coaching

Got ADHD?
Are you an adult with ADD or ADHD? If so, it’s likely you’ve been dealing with at least some of the following: Anxiety, frustration, feelings of failure, up and down self-esteem, chronic lateness, zoning out, getting easily distracted, restlessness, procrastination, not completing things, challenges with planning and prioritizing, impatience, overwhelm and feeling scattered or unorganized.

Having these symptoms could greatly impact your levels of productivity and success in your job, career and/or relationships. It’s hard to feel happy and satisfied when life isn’t giving you what you really want.

People with ADD and ADHD are smarter than average.

I’ve never met someone with ADD or ADHD who was dumb, lazy or crazy. I call ADD and ADHD “creative brain-wiring.” In my experience, intelligence can come wrapped in many forms. If your ADD or ADHD makes you feel like there’s something wrong with you, I understand. School and work environments typically don’t yet know how to value and nurture the extraordinary gifts that those with ADD and ADHD can bring.

Coaching is the weekly support system your brain and body crave.

In my experience, one-on-one coaching works better than anything else for the ADD/ADHD brain:

  • Your brain and body need semi-structure, enough structure so you don’t wander to all over the map but not so much that you feel boxed in or bossed around.
  • Your brain and body need semi-structure, enough structure so you don’t wander to all over the map but not so much that you feel boxed in or bossed around.
  • Your brain and body need support, to help you stay connected with and take progressive action on the things in your life that count.
  • Your brain and body need accountability, so you’ll do what you say you want to do.
  • Your brain and body needs expertise, the tools and resources to help you grow and maximize your skills and potential.

As your coach, I will assist you in learning what you need to know about the nature of your brain, and how it’s custom wired. You will gain systems to support your thriving at work, in your relationships with others, and in your life. The result is that you will begin enjoying and appreciating your brain in a whole new way, gaining more from your life, and having a lot more fun and success in the process.

I have helped many, many people who have ADD and ADHD. Let’s talk and see how I can help you.
